At no time does anyone from Next Seven Days collect, view or keep names, email addresses or messages from anyone using our “Send to a Friend’ feature.

 

 

Emails

From time to time, Next Seven Days may send out emails promoting our services and upcoming events and shows. Only people who have registered for this service will receive these emails with each email featuring a clear “Unsubscribe” facility for people wishing to be removed from our subscriber base.

 

Those people with User Accounts may receive emails from us notifying them of any new features, problems or outages with the site as part of the ongoing service supplied by Next Seven Days.

 

 

User Accounts

Those wishing to list events on Next Seven Days will have their account information kept in our database. This information includes general items such as contact and business names, addresses and phone numbers.

 

We will never knowingly give this information to any third party. We will do our best to safeguard this information, and security measures have been put in place in an attempt to prevent these details from becoming available to third parties. Please note however that given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that these security measures will prevent this from happening.

 

If you are uncomfortable with the possibility that your contact information becoming available to third parties, then we advise not to use our service.

 

 

Listing Accounts - Usernames and Passwords

We will NEVER ask you for your password - either by email, telephone or post.

 

Your username may be requested by staff to assist with any enquiries or problems you might have with your account or service.

 

Please keep your account details secure – treat them like you would your bank account.

 

Because we are a free service, we are vigilant in keeping Next Seven Days secure to prevent spammers, hackers and the like from gaining access to our listing forms. Accounts may be cancelled if we feel this security has been compromised.
