1 - General Site Usage

1a) Use of the site Next Seven Days constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

1b) Information on Next Seven Days is provided as a guide only and may be subject to change or error. Next Seven Days and its publisher, Pinnacle Productions, take no responsibility, and will not be held liable for, any costs or expenses incurred, either directly nor indirectly, as a result of mistakes or incorrect information contained on the site. Please confirm information with event promoters and/or venues before undertaking any additional expenditure such as flights, hotel accommodation and the like.

1c) Next Seven Days is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Listings proved to be in breach of copyright ownership will be removed. If you believe a listing on Next Seven Days uses images or text that the original supplier did not have permission to use, then please contact us via our feedback form and we will investigate its use and remove it if it is indeed found to be in breach.

2 - Listings and Accounts

2a) The listing of events is at the sole discretion of Next Seven Days editorial management and we reserve the right to edit or remove any listing at any time.

2b) Listings on Next Seven Days can only be made by authorised account holders.

2c) All events listed on Next Seven days must be available to members of the general public.

2d) Account holders can only list events that they are associated with, or have responsibility for.

2e) Next Seven days will only accept one listing per event. Account holders who list an event in more than one category, or more than once in the same category, will have their events deleted and their accounts suspended. In the event of two or more separate parties listing the same event, only one event will be kept in our database. Preference will be given to the account holder closest to the show - for example, a band manager will take precedence over a venue manager.

2f) Event listings must appear in relevant categories. If, in the opinion of editorial staff, an event is listed in an inappropriate category, it will be moved to the appropriate category of removed if no such category exists.

2g) All listings must include a good quality, relevant image of the event in question

2h) In listing events on Next Seven Days, you are declaring that you are the copyright owner, or have permission from the copyright owner, of any text or images used in your listing.

2i) Selection of events for inclusion in the “Headlining Events” and “Featured Items” sections are at the sole discretion of editorial management.

  • Promote violence, vilification, hatred or intimidation of any group or individual.
  • Promote illegal drugs, drug use or drug paraphernalia.
  • Promote guns, knives or other weapons.

2k) We do not accept listings for events such as, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrations and political rallies
